1960 Fiat 2100

European Auto Restoration bought this battered, neglected old vehicle from a tow truck driver in Chicago a few years ago. We recently began a full scale restoraton from the ground up. Our goal is to have this vehicle along with it's little brother (a 1960 Fiat 1200 Granluce) as our concours show cars.

Engine pieces and hydraulics painstakingly removed and refinished one at a time

High build primer and a final fine grit sanding with a long block. Top and wheels painted black.

The rest of the body was painted including the door jambs, inside the engine compartment and inside the trunk.

In 2007 the 2100 was completed and ready for the road. Every detail down to the original liscence plate from Salerno, Italy was looked after. A real jewel to add to our collection.
