The installation of a pair of period correct Marchall fog lamps on an elegant 1967 Alfa Giulia TI was an exercise in attention to detail. The lamps came to us without any mounting hardware, switches or wiring. Our goal was to make the lamps look as though they were a factory installed option.
We began by designing and creating the stand-offs that would connect the fog lamps to the front bumper. First we created an adjustable jig that was able to suspend the lamps over the front bumper, allowing us to determine the perfect position and take extensive measurements. The lamp stand-offs were then machined from a solid rod of aluminum, a through hole was bored for the wiring and each end was tapped with both male and female threads. A wiring harness, with an integrated fuse holder and relay, was constructed to complete all of the electrical connections. Finally, We located a Giulia headlight toggle switch that, with careful modification, was perfectly nestled next to the original factory switches on the dash.

Custom Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider Veloce Exhaust
This 1958 Alfa Guilietta is a true "F" stamped 750 series Veloce. It spent the first decade of its life as a race car, yet very little is known about it's racing history. This rare and special vehicle had been sitting in storage for over 30 years and the owner asked us to get her back on the road.
We began by piecing together and completing all of the wiring, the throttle linkage, the entire fuel system, and the drive train. Next, using old photographs, we custom fabricated a period correct exhaust with the collector, note the wide taper at the end of the exhaust. Once the exhaust was designed and welded, the one piece pipe was sandblasted and finished with ceramic paint to create a strong and attractive finish.

Custom Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce Exhaust
This Spider, with 15,000 original miles, may be the cleanest Alfa Spider in the country, note the original clean finish on the underside of the car. The owner supplied us with the chrome header and asked us to give the car a boost in horsepower.
In an effort to retain the cars value and originality we began by carefully dismantling and packaging the original exhaust, catalytic converter and related hardware. Next, we custom fabricated a single pipe exhaust which connects the 2 inch header to the ANSA tail pipe. Once the exhaust was designed and welded, it was sandblasted and finished with ceramic paint to create a strong and attractive finish.
With about 50 pounds less weight and a less restrictive exhaust, this Spider received a significant power increase and a wonderful sound to match.

Structural Repair
These are two examples of high milage daily drivers that were diagnosed as unsafe due to extreme rust damage to the shock towers and rocker beams. Both of the vehicles owners were hesitant to send a car that was otherwise reliable to the junkyard. Because they were not ready to give up on them, the owners asked us to repair the structural damage on their respective vehicles.
We began by cutting out all of the damaged areas. We then carefully recreated the missing structure with galvanized 16 gauge sheet metal. Next, the new metal was sandblasted, epoxy primed and finally, painted with a finish coat.

MOMO Steering Wheel & Shift Knob
This beautiful mahogany steering wheel and shift knob were rescued from a car headed for the scrap yard. The restoration of these little gems began with chemically stripping and sanding them, and they were finished with a urethane clear coat which was then wet sanded and buffed until the pieces looked like new again.

Certain items like the original radio blanking plate are no longer available from Alfa. We fabricate trim pieces like this one, for an 86' Spider Graduate, to meet the customers specifications.
