OLGA

1966 Porsche 911
Olga is a very early air cooled 911. She was manufactured at the end of 1965 and finished in early 1966. She has many unique features that characterize early 911’s. Every effort was made to retain the many details that make this 911 different from its brothers and sisters that came later in the production run.

Olgas restoration began at European Auto Restoration in 2016. She was dismantled, stripped to bare metal and primed. The restoration was then put on hold and changed hands. Her restoration resumed in 2022 when her new owner committed to completing the project. Olga was then mounted to a frame bench with factory Porsche bench fixtures. She was completely re-skinned with new sheet metal, including all of her floor pans, rockers and heat tubes. All of the new metal and the entire chassis was refinished using Glasurit primers. All of the weld seams were sealed with 3M seam sealer. Olga was then painted her original Glasurit Light Ivory 6406. The original black vinyl interior was upgraded to dark red leather with light grey/tan square weave carpeting. The engine was upgraded to a 2.2 911S Spec. The brake system was also upgraded to a dual circuit master cylinder. The original Webasto heater was restored to working condition. Olgas restoration was completed in October 2025.
