1970 Volvo 164
This Volvo is truly a member of the family! It was purchased new in London as a left hand drive car with intentions to return stateside. It did eventually make its way back to the states and stayed in the family, making many road trips and memories through the years. Colonel Mustard was found to be hiding some fairly serious structural rust. Corroded metal on the floors and other areas was exposed, new metal was welded in, and panels were replaced where possible. Once the structure was all solid metal once again the body was refinished, repainted, and reassembled. An air conditioning system will be retrofitted to the car, which will make future road trips much more enjoyable. Soon this old fella will be finished and back on the road, ready to make memories for decades to come!
